Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups Splenda
- 1 cup No-Cal Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup egg beaters
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add the wet ingredients and mix just until blended. Pour into 2 9x5" loaf pans and bake 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
