The Healthy Summer Project

Hi Friends!  It's been awhile since I've had time to post, but that doesn't mean I haven't been in the kitchen :).

I am currently embarking on what I will now be referring to as "The Healthy Summer Project."  Basically, it means that I have planned out meals and snacks to make for the whole summer for both myself and my husband (catering to both of our tastes) consisting of 100% natural and unprocessed foods.  The goal for myself is weight loss and general health, and for my husband, really just general health and exploring new foods that he previously may not have tried.

So stay tuned, for I have many new recipes up my sleeves that I'll be posting as I make them.
