Ingredients:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 3 stalks of celery, diced
- 4 large carrots, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- Handful of fresh dill
- 4 cups vegetable stock
- Spices to taste: cayenne pepper, sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder
Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the crock pot |
Sprinkle with seasonings |
Add the carrots, celery, and onion |
Add the dill |
Pour the broth and add the kale. Cover and cook on high for 5 hours. |
Shred the chicken with a fork before serving |
